In 2004 Stacy went through a surgery to prevent the deterioration of sight in one eye. The surgery, meant to save Stacy’s sight, left her blind in that eye.

“I became passionate about everything I could see. God’s Grace and Beauty in my family, the people, places and moments I would experience.”

Stacy also became fascinated with capturing what she saw in the moment and the spirit of the people she interacted with. Others began to comment on the depth of Stacy’s perception without knowing how one-dimensional Stacy’s sight really was. Stacy tells us that her gift can only be from God. She hopes that in some small way her passion for pictures can touch you in a dimension that captures the experience and moment she sees for you.
