Katie Frey is both an artist and instructor here in Spokane, WA. She has been teaching art to children and adults for the past six years. She teaches acrylics, mixed media, and art journaling, but also enjoys pottery, watercolors, and pen and ink. Her artwork is layered, textured, and vibrant.
