The district’s 7th Annual Art on the Ave features all your favorites – Visual Arts, Music, Food, Kid Zone and much more. The event this year will be kicked-off with by a Grand Re-Opening Celebration of East Sprague Avenue at 12 PM. Come down to East Sprague (1700-1900 blocks; Madelia to Napa, Spokane, WA 99202) for a day of festivities that includes live music until 9 PM.
