Born and raised in northern Pend Oreille County, Dakota spent most of her life living in the woods beside a clear, bubbling creek.

“I’ve always loved vivid colors, high contrasts, and intricate attention to detail in my art since I was little, and began my road as an artist drawing horses and portraits.”

Dakota always strives to surround herself with inspiration in both the people with which she associates and in everyday life. She hopes to someday attend Pratt institute in New York and eventually operate my own gallery.
