This year Art on the Ave is happy to thank the East Sprague Parking and Business Improvement Area (PBIA) for their support of Art on the Ave as well as our organizational sponsor – the East Spokane Business Association.
The newly formed East Sprague BIA provides a variety of services across the business improvement area boundaries and ESBA manages the district programs. This work is supported by assessments that local businesses have imposed on themselves in order to ensure that the area is both inviting and attractive.
